Rules
Plan change rules
Change your plan any time
Just tell your account manager or email info@tedajans.com. We confirm every change in writing and let you know the effective date.
Upgrades take effect immediately
For monthly services, the new scope opens the day you upgrade. For that month you pay only the price difference for the remaining days. For example, if the monthly difference is ₺10,000 and you upgrade mid-month, you are billed an extra ₺5,000 for that month.
Downgrades start next billing cycle
A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and the current month continues with your full plan. Let us know at least 7 days before the cycle ends.
Minimum terms
Care, social media and ads plans run for at least 3 months, SEO plans for at least 6, because these services need time to deliver results. You can still downgrade during the minimum term; the remaining term simply continues on the new plan.
Unused hours and content
Unused support hours in care plans roll over to the next month and expire at its end. Social posts and ad creatives are planned monthly and do not roll over, unless a delay was on our side. When you downgrade, rolled-over hours are capped at the new plan's monthly hours.
When you outgrow your plan
Work beyond your plan's scope is quoted separately and only done with your approval. If you exceed your scope two months in a row, we will suggest the plan that fits better; switching is always your call.
When your ad spend changes
Ads plans are based on your monthly ad spend range. If your spend falls outside the range for two months in a row, we move you to the matching plan from the next cycle, with your approval. Ad spend is always paid directly to the platform.
Upgrading project plans
For one-time projects, if you move up before design approval you pay only the difference. Changes after design approval are quoted as additional scope. If you move your Corporate Website to E-Commerce within 12 months of delivery, 50% of what you paid is credited toward the new project.
Bundle discounts
Upgrading a service inside a bundle keeps your discount. If you remove a service from a bundle, the remaining services continue at list price from the next cycle.
Cancellation
After the minimum term, cancel with 30 days' written notice and no penalty. If you cancel before the minimum term ends, service continues and is billed until the term is complete. On cancellation, all your files, access and accounts are handed over to you.
